- First maintenance service free of charge within 12 months from purchase date. A service fee starting from HK$100 will be charged for any subsequent maintenance service.
- All Fidlock Magnetic Fasteners enjoy free maintenance service within 24 months from purchase date.
- Free schoolbag rental service will be offered during the maintenance period with a refundable deposit of HK$200. To obtain the deposit in full, the schoolbag must be returned in the original condition.
