Return and Refund Policy

In order to provide customers with a better online shopping experience, Tiger Family® provides an exchange service within 7 days. If there is any quality problem with the product, we are happy to provide you with a 7-day return service. If the customer needs to apply for the return service, please read the following return policy of the company:

 

Return Conditions

 

If you intend to return or exchange the goods purchased on the web store, you must meet the following conditions at the same time:

  1. Make the relevant request within 7 days after receiving the goods.
  2. The returned goods must be unused, and the original listing tags and packing boxes/bags of all goods must be kept and sent back together with the packing box at the time of delivery. Any missing or damaged products cannot be returned.
  3. This return or exchange arrangement does not apply to damage caused by human factors, such as scratched or stained goods. Tiger Family® will not make returns or exchanges without affecting normal use.
  4. Tiger Family® only provides returns and exchanges for products purchased on the web store. If you purchased the product through our distributors or third-party retail outlets, please contact them directly to inquire about returns and exchanges.

 

Return Instructions

 

  1. If the goods are returned due to quality problems, we will arrange a courier company to pick them up and promise to be responsible for the relevant round-trip freight.
  2. If you apply for the relevant exchange service for non-product quality problems, you need to bear the relevant costs of returning the product to our warehouse and resending the product.

Return Procedure
 

If you meet the above conditions, you can contact us via WhatsApp (852) 6819 2892 or email (support@tigerfamily.com) or go to the order email sent to you earlier, click on the order link and submit the relevant application to the customer service staff. Please provide the following information for each return application:

  1. Name
  2. Email Address
  3. Contact Number
  4. Order Number
  5. Return Reason
  6. Pictures of returned goods (please provide enough photos or videos to customer service as a basis for processing)

After you receive our reply, please follow our instructions to send back the relevant items.

 

Precaution:

  1. The exchange process takes 7-14 working days.
  2. All products can only be exchanged once.
  3. Offered items are non-refundable.
  4. All Tiger Family® orders are non-refundable once payment is made unless there is a product quality issue.
  5. If your replacement product costs more than the product you originally purchased, you agree to pay the difference. If the price of your replacement product is lower than the original product, Tiger Family® will not refund the difference.
  6. If you do not meet the return conditions, Tiger Family® will not be able to provide relevant services.
  7. In case of any dispute, Tiger Family® reserves the right of final decision.
