Delivery Service
In order to let you experience the best online shopping experience, all Tiger Family® spine protection schoolbags will also be sent in specially designed packaging boxes. The relevant packaging box can not only protect the schoolbag from being deformed or damaged due to shipping problems, but can even give children an extra surprise to unwrap the gift.
The products purchased on this online shop are generally sent by the local delivery service, and we promise to arrange delivery within 14 working days after receiving your order (except for pre-ordered items). However, Tiger Family® is not responsible for any delays, changes in delivery times, or failure to deliver due to reasons beyond its control.
If your single purchase order is HK$600 or above (discounted price), you can enjoy local free shipping service.
Remarks
- Store pick-up service is available and the notification would be made by WhatsApp when the order is ready.
- The delivery service is only applicable to a single delivery location, and once the customer confirms the delivery location, no changes can be made.
- The courier will contact you before delivery. If you fail to sign for the delivery, the courier will return the goods to the warehouse and deliver it again on the next working day. If the goods are returned to our company because you failed to sign for them twice, we will not be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

International Shipping
The prices displayed on our website do not include customs duties and import taxes. With the Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) arrangement, customers are responsible for paying these fees based on the total order value and shipping destination, prior to any discounts. These charges are collected by local customs authorities and are non-refundable.
Import taxes and duties will not appear at checkout, so customers will receive an invoice from the courier upon delivery. Please be aware that customs processing may cause delays, and Tiger Family® cannot predict or control these charges. To avoid unexpected fees, we suggest checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.
Remarks
- The delivery service is available for only one delivery location per order. Once you confirm the delivery address, no changes can be made.
- The courier will contact you prior to delivery. If you are unavailable to sign for the package, the courier will return the items to the warehouse and attempt delivery again the next working day. Please note that if the items are returned to us due to two unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will not cover the cost of reshipping.
